Overcoming accepted limitations Development programming often accepts limitations to what can be accomplished. We act to move beyond commonly accepted trade-off points, and this allows us to conceive of ways to achieve in those areas of programming outcomes which are normally considered “too tough”. |

Unmatched country capacity over the long term We are headquartered and based in Melanesia, and emphasise country specific capabilities. As developing country nationals who are resident there, we have ongoing and long term contact with people, networks and institutions in the countries we work in. Having our “centre of gravity” in Melanesia, but with excellent presence in the developed world provides us with the opportunity to accumulate unique corporate capacity over the long term and transform it in response to the evolving situation in these countries. |
